What happens after I send an enquiry?
A broker reviews it and comes back to you within one business day to talk through your situation. If it makes sense to proceed, we compare options across our lender panel and present them with trade-offs: you decide whether to take any further.
Do you work with businesses outside your local area?
Yes: we work with business owners Australia-wide by phone, email and video. Enquiries, document collection and lender applications are all handled digitally, so where your business trades makes no practical difference.
How do I make a complaint?
Email or call us first: info@121brokers.com.au or (02) 8310 8516. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and work to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), the free and independent external dispute resolution scheme we are a member of. You can reach AFCA on 1800 931 678, at afca.org.au, or by mail at GPO Box 3, Melbourne VIC 3001.
