Lender panel
The lenders on our panel
We are a broker, not a lender. We do not fund anything ourselves. What we do is take one picture of your business to the lenders below whose appetite actually fits it, and bring back the options so you can compare before you commit.
An enquiry is a conversation, not an application. We won't submit anything to a lender without your say-so.
Who we compare
13 lenders, one enquiry
Different lenders want different things. A bank and a specialist financier can look at the same business and reach opposite conclusions, which is the whole reason comparing is worth doing rather than walking into one branch and hoping.
Non-bank and specialist lenders
Lenders funding outside the banking system, often with appetite for files that sit outside bank policy. Each sets its own criteria.
Banks
Banks we can submit to. Each assesses on its own criteria, and a banking relationship is not required to compare them.
What this list means
And what it does not
These are lenders we are accredited with or can submit to. Appearing here is not a recommendation of that lender, and it is not that lender endorsing us. Which of them we would actually approach for you depends entirely on your business, and for most enquiries only a handful are realistic.
We are a finance broker, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, we do not set rates or fees, and we cannot approve anything. Every one of those sits with the lender, subject to its own criteria.
We may receive a commission from the lender if your finance settles. That is normal for broking in Australia and it is disclosed on every page of this site. It does not change what we show you: you see the options the comparison produces, and you choose whether any of them is worth taking, including none of them.
The panel changes. Accreditations are added and withdrawn over time, and this page is kept current rather than frozen. It is also not a promise that a particular lender will look at your business, because appetite moves with a lender's own settings, not with ours.
How lenders join this panel
A lender appears here once we hold an accreditation with it. Accreditation is the lender's own onboarding process for brokers: it decides who may submit applications to it, checks the broker's standing and industry memberships, and sets the conditions for submitting. Each lender runs its own process and can grant or withdraw accreditation on its own terms, which is why this list changes over time. What accreditation is not: a qualification ranking lenders, or a lender vouching for the finance it may offer you. It is the plumbing that lets one enquiry reach many lenders. The glossary entry on accreditation has the fuller definition.
Does being on our panel mean a lender endorses us?
No. The lenders shown are those we are accredited with or can submit to. Appearing on this page is not that lender endorsing 121 Brokers, and it is not us recommending that lender. Accreditations are added and withdrawn over time, so the panel changes rather than staying frozen.
Which lenders will you actually approach for my business?
Only the lenders whose appetite realistically fits your file, and for most enquiries that is a handful, not the whole panel. Which handful depends on your business: what the finance is for, how you trade, and what your file looks like. We work that out with you before anything goes near a lender.
For how broking works generally, including how brokers are paid and what a lender panel is, see the FAQ.

One enquiry, compared across the panel.
Tell us what the business needs once. We work out which lenders are realistic for your file, bring back the options, and show you the difference. You decide whether any of it is worth taking.
An enquiry is a conversation, not an application. We won't submit anything to a lender without your say-so.
